Chat with City Council:
Kids Speak Out on COVID

On Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 from 3:30 - 4:30pm, Growing Up Boulder and the City of Boulder co-facilitated a Virtual Chat with Council so young people could ask Boulder City Council members questions about how COVID is affecting themselves, their friends, their school, their family, and their community. 
 
Details

• ​Children and youth submitted questions in advance or during the chat, but all registered before the meeting.  We only included audio, not video, of participating children. Only children’s first name and age were mentioned. 
• This session was bilingual and young people had the opportunity to participate in English or Spanish.
