Annual FUNdraiser

Every year, Growing Boulder will celebrate its legacy as one of the US' and world's most successful child-friendly city initiatives. Join us on May 4th at 5:30pm for our 1st FUNdraiser celebration. You will experience kid and youth voices in action, hear from U.S. Congressman Joe Neguse who will kick off the event, and learn more about why child-friendly cities matter.
Growing Up Boulder is a small, incredibly efficient nonprofit with a big impact. We have reached 2.5 million people globally and 6,000 young people locally. Your personal or corporate donation will:
  • Support GUB's covid-responsive curriculum for children and youth, ages 3-18.
  • Integrate culturally-grounded learning in all of our engagements with young people; this is especially important, as more than 50% of the young people we serve identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, English Language Learners, unhoused, disabled, and/or underresourced.
  • Create training modules so communities beyond Boulder can apply our time-tested model to become child-friendly communities with the goal of establishing Colorado as a model child-friendly state.
